个人简介:
华南师范大学二类青年英才,主要开展基于二维材料、薄膜半导体材料的新型光电探测器件及其智能传感应用研究。针对低功耗光电探测,制备新型光电探测器件,并进行多物理场调控。针对智能传感应用,利用光电器件模拟和调节神经元、突触特性,实现高能效仿生自适应感知。近年来已在国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中包括Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Small、Adv. Opt. Mater.等,并获已授权中国发明专利7项。
