个人简介

华南师范大学二类青年英才,主要开展基于二维材料的新型光电探测器件及视觉传感应用研究。针对低功耗光电探测,基于二维材料制备新型光电探测器件,并进行多物理场调控。针对视觉传感应用,利用二维光电器件模拟和调节神经元、突触特性,实现高能效仿生自适应感知。近年来已在国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,其中包括Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.SmallACS App.Mater. InterfacesAdv. Opt. Mater.等,并获已授权中国发明专利5项。
